    ROLL UP, ROLL UP! WINTER TRUFFLE SEASON AT BICE RISTORANTE IS FINALLY HERE

    Dubai’s favourite Italian Restaurant, BiCE Ristorante has prepared something extra special for gourmands of Dubai this January. With the black winter truffle season, or Tuber Melanosporum season, finally here, the culinary team at BiCE have put together a delectable four-course menu for the ultimate gastronomic experience.

    Head Chef Davide Gardini has carefully worked with the texture, flavour and aroma of the black winter truffle to create the exclusive menu. Guests are invited to start off the experience with L’uovo e’ n’Uovo, a delicious starter made of creamy egg white, crispy egg yolk on top of a grilled potato, Parmesan fondue and shaved black winter truffle (AED95), followed by Ravioli di Castelmagno con tartufo nero,

    homemade ravioli, stuffed with Castelmagno DOP, butter and sage sauce, topped with shaved black winter truffle (AED 250). For the main course, the culinary team has prepared a lip-smacking Faraona tra passato e presente, a Guinea fowl in two textures, classic roasted breast and crispy leg-lollipops, and truffle flavoured demi glaze and creamy potato dauphinoise (AED 265). To finish the dinner on a high, BiCE Ristorante will be serving the ever popular dessert, il girone dei golosi, a white chocolate sphere filled with truffle-flavoured dark chocolate mousse and berry coulis (AED40).

    The exclusive menu can be purchased as a set menu for AED 595 per person or enjoyed separately. Launching on 16th January and running through until mid February, this is an experience not to be missed.
